The Comforts of Home
Each spacious studio apartment in Lott Assisted Living Residence in New York City features a full kitchen, living area and private bath. Around-the-clock concierge services, personal care call buttons, and routine monitoring of residents, day and night, are included in a single monthly fee so that residents can live with dignity, respect and security.
Making a Healthy Difference
Assistance with activities of daily living is available 24 hours a day. Personal care assistants help with individual needs, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, laundry and housekeeping. Medication administration is managed by a Registered Nurse, and social workers provide case management services.
Lott Assisted Living Residence NYC is unique in having a full-time on-site physician specializing in geriatric care. He provides immediate and preventive treatment, which helps keep residents out of hospitals and allows the early detection and resolution of medical issues. His relationship with residents goes beyond that, and he is considered a trusted and valuable resource to all.

Residents look forward to gathering in the 14th floor dining room where they enjoy three delicious meals each day and a breathtaking view of the lake in New York’s Central Park. There is a beauty parlor, meditation room, computer-equipped library, and a lovely landscaped garden.

A Full Life
Residents’ days can be as active or relaxing as they choose. A full program of daily activities provides physical and mental stimulation. A variety of spiritual programs serves our ethnically and religiously diverse resident population. Every week there’s a special outing, such as a Circle Line cruise, casino trip, theater, or other cultural or sightseeing excursion. Residents spend their time together socializing in our fully equipped activity center, library or TV lounge.

Nicole F. Atanasio, MS, RN-BC
President and CEO
Ms. Atanasio is a Board Certified Registered Nurse. She holds an AAS in Nursing from Catholic Medical Center, Queens, NY; a BS in Community Health & Human Services from St. Joseph’s College, Brooklyn, NY; and earned her MS in Healthcare Informatics from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN. She also has an extensive nursing background in Cardiac and Home Health Care, and has been serving the community in many different nursing roles, including supervisory and administrative positions for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Lott Assisted Living Residence in NYC, Ms. Atanasio served as the Director of Patient Services for a newly formed Certified Home Health Agency for Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. Previously, Ms. Atanasio served as the Clinical Director for Intake at the VNSNY, as well as many other home care and hospital capacities.

Sal Nicosia, MBA, CPA
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Nicosia’s career of more than 35 years began in public accounting and has included managerial positions in internal audit and accounting for Fortune 500 companies.
He earned a CPA certification in 1980 and holds an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College and a BS in Accounting, with great distinction. He has an extensive background as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer, including the health care industry.
Mr. Nicosia joined Lott in February, 2014 as Director of Finance for the Residence and the CHHA from PHC Services, Ltd., a licensed NY home health care agency in business for more than 30 years and their affiliated Connecticut CHHA and New Jersey LHCSA. Mr. Nicosia served as Comptroller/CFO for PHC and affiliates since 2006. His prior experience includes more than 4 years as Controller and Vice President of Finance for a medical equipment distributor.
