“I just love the people... sitting down and visiting... everybody has a different story. We are all like family here.”
A Caring Community
The heart of Lott Residence is our dedicated staff, whose helping hands and ready smiles enhance the well-being of every resident.
Staff work collaboratively to treat residents with the highest level of respect and dignity; to assure a safe environment, where residents can feel secure; to regard each resident as an individual, providing appropriate services to their unique needs; and to deliver care in a timely and appropriate manner.
Each member of the staff continuously strives to enrich the quality of life for our residents.
The Comforts of Home
Each spacious studio apartment features a full kitchen, living area and private bath. Around-the-clock concierge services, personal care call buttons, and routine monitoring of residents, day and night, are included in a single monthly fee so that residents can live with dignity, respect and security.
Making a Healthy Difference
Assistance with activities of daily living is available 24 hours a day. Personal care assistants help with individual needs, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, laundry and housekeeping. Medication administration is managed by a Registered Nurse, and social workers provide case management services.
Lott Residence is unique in having a full-time on-site physician specializing in geriatric care. He provides immediate and preventive treatment, which helps keep residents out of hospitals and allows the early detection and resolution of medical issues. His relationship with residents goes beyond that, and he is considered a trusted and valuable resource to all.
Residents look forward to gathering in the 14th floor dining room where they enjoy three delicious meals each day and a breathtaking view of the lake in Central Park. There is a beauty parlor, meditation room, computer-equipped library, and a lovely landscaped garden.
A Full Life
Residents’ days can be as active or relaxing as they choose. A full program of daily activities provides physical and mental stimulation. A variety of spiritual programs serves our ethnically and religiously diverse resident population. Every week there’s a special outing, such as a Circle Line cruise, casino trip, theater, or other cultural or sightseeing excursion. Residents spend their time together socializing in our fully equipped activity center, library or TV lounge.

Everyone is so nice. I cannot complain of one thing. This is my home now, and I love it. I want to have many years here.
I'm very grateful that my application was able to be processed so quickly and I was able to move in the same week that I applied. I feel like this is the place for me.
Moving to Lott Residence changed a lot for me. It gave me the home and family and friends I needed. And especially when I feel insecure or when I have a problem, I have a place to go and address these problems.
The thing I like best about living at Lott is the feeling of personal freedom I get here. They have these rules and regulations which are very necessary. At the same time, I have my personal freedom every day, to walk in the park, read, get together with friends. It’s that sense of balance that makes me happy. I like that.
